I was so pleased when I received this Iqua Sun Bluetooth headset which is rechargeable in the sun using the little solar panel at the front.
The lovely people at Iqua sent me this gorgeous gadget to test - it has taken me a little while to get the review done and I apologise for that but it does not detract from the fact that I LOVE this headset!!
The Iqua 603 SUN is compact and stylish, has no ear loop to fiddle with as there is a small ear hook that come in two different sizes.
It does need an initial charge from your wall socket, but this takes only a couple of hours and once that is finished, the job is left to the sun.
No longer do you realise that after leaving the Bluetooth headset unplugged on the side table and when you come to use it and the batteries are empty.
It’s a snazzy little gadget which isn’t really so large as other reviews state. It does take a little while to get used to the style of clip that it has to attach to your ear. As there is no ear loop, you must hook the headset into your ear much like those little headphones.
It doesn’t need just sunshine to recharge either; you can leave it, to some extent, in the office/home/car and will charge there also.
There is one button that is used to answer and end calls, redial and use voice dial and even switch the call between phone and your headset! With Iqua SUN, you can enjoy a crystal clear sound and wireless VOIP calls.
This innovative and groundbreaking combination of science and style led the Iqua SUN to be selected as an “Innovations 2008 Design and Engineering Award” honoree in the Wireless Handsets Accessories product category.
The Iqua 630 Sun bluetooth headset is compatible with any brand of Bluetooth mobile phone that supports the headset or hands free profile.
