I am extremely displeased with this product; the reply recieved was polite, but not sympathetic and ended with “Thank you for choosing Sony.” Not an exactly an appropriate ending for a response to a harsh complaint letter. This computer cost $900. Do I feel ripped-off? Yes I do.
