The Inspiron 11z notebook is a replacement  for Dell's Mini 12 Notebook which Dell killed off quietly.

The Insiron 11z notebook features an 11.6-inch screen, weighs only 3 punds and at it's thickes point measuers only 1.02 inches.

Other features include a single-core 1.2 GHz Intel ULV Celeron 723 processor,3 hours battery life Intel GS45 graphics, 3 USB ports, SD Card Reader, headphone and mi jack, HDMI-out, 250GB hard drive, 2GB DDR2 RAM, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi and 1.3 megapixel camera.

Like most thin and light notebooks the Inspiron 11z has no optical drive.

It is important to say that the Inspiron 11z comes with Windows Vista SP1 Home Premium which is eligible for free upgrade to Windows 7 when released. With 2GB of RAM and 250GB of storage space you will not find a better notebook for the same price
